DCGeist, you did one hell of a job. I was dismayed when I came here earlier this week and found that he didn't have his own article, so I contributed that short biographical sentence and the bibliography (which I could only assume was incomplete) just so there would be something for him. Thank goodness there are people on here like you who really know what they're doing.
