Hi i was looking here cause the category Kurdistan. This category exists and so I think we should put this article in this category. I know the problem, many people see this political, but under geographic aspects, Kurdistan is both the name of a geographic region and a cultural region in the Middle East named after the Kurds, a large ethnic group living in parts of Turkey, Iraq, Iran, Armenia, and Syria. From the Article: Kurdistan. So I think we should put it in this category. --Japan01 16:54, 28 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

POV

[edit]

The article states: "At this Place the Russian-backed Qazi Muhammad proclamated the Republic of Mahabad in 1946. Here, after restoring Iranian authority and chasing the Russian-backed elements away in 1947, Qazi Muhammad, and other political leaders of the Republic of Mahabad were executed by people."

If this isn't POV then I don't know what! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 217.211.101.164 (talk) 21:31, 14 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
