Chad's Departure From Nirvana

[edit]

Although this article states that Chad's departure from Nirvana was a mutual decision among the band, I recall reading in Azzerad's "Come As You Are: The Story of Nirvana" that Kurt and Krist decided themselves to tell Chad he was out of the band (after doing some coke, haha). When I can verify this, as my friend has my book, I will correct the article. Clamum 05:02, 13 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

What's up with Chad's name?

[edit]

Who is Murray Nel? I'm going to change it. Gordon.fierce 18:02, 26 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Clarify?

[edit]

" they had recruited Dave Grohl as their new drummer, who kept many of the same drum parts to the songs Chad had been playing. Although uncredited, the version of "Polly" used on Nevermind is the original version the band recorded with Channing, the only song carried over from the previous session." — These two sentences combined confuse me. So are the drums on "Polly" Channing's recorded drums? Or are they Channing's drumming, re-recorded by Grohl? – Kerαunoςcopiagalaxies 21:26, 3 July 2010 (UTC) and also do not know what you are talking about — Preceding unsigned comment added by 204.38.32.173 (talk) 19:33, 2 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
