After my biannual crossing of the CSVT, I have a few observations:

1) It appears that a series of some kind of conifer saplings has been planted along the removed section of the former Route 147.

2) Construction appears to be underway at the upper end of the southern section, the Route 61 terminus, and at the southern end of the CSVT, beyond an abandoned section about 100 yards long which PennDOT uses for testing road painting vehicles.

3-4) Here are the links to the main project website, and the plans for the northern and southern sections. Looking at them, you will note that there are a plethora of other road crossings. I don't know if the style guides would have us put them in the chart, but I'm just giving you a heads up.

Also, I have some pictures of the project I'll try to post later today.
