Precedence of cardinals

1) Why is Francisco Carpino before Sebastiano Baggio? Carpino was promoted to cardinal-bishop after Baggio. 2) Antonio Samorre and Sebastiano Baggio were promoted to cardinal-bishop on the same day. How their precedence in the list was established? Klasyk30 (talk) 04:11, 2 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
