This article is a geographic stub on a Cuban cape consisting entirely of information from an authoritative source (Merriam-Webster's Geographic Dictionary, Third Edition, 1997). The article does not consist entirely of external links, and it includes actual content not available elsewhere on Wikipedia. It also cites its source clearly and specifically with a footnote and bibliographical reference. At least two other articles link to it, and it provides additional information not avilable in and not suitable for direct inclusion in those article. Given all of this, it does not meet the speedy deletion criteria. In fact, it is strange that such criteria would be applied to this particular geographic stub when it is not applied to numerous other, similar stubs. After all, as a stub, it is supposed to solicit addiotnal input, not be complete or even necessarily subtantial in itself. Has a bot malfunctioned, or a human been overzealous?
