Ultimate Carcinogen?
[edit]"Ultimate" needs elaboration in this sentence, especially since the resultant substance has no wiki entry: ...CYP1A1 catalyses this intermediate to form BP-7,8-dihydrodiol-9,10-epoxide, which is the ultimate carcinogen.
- After checking the wiki entry for (+)-Benzo(a)pyrene-7,8-dihydrodiol-9,10-epoxide, I believe that the original editor was referring to the fact that this chemical is produced by the final (i.e. ultimate) step in the reaction. The meaning was distorted by importation. I've removed the offending adjective altogether. Aeffenberger (talk) 18:09, 14 January 2020 (UTC)
