Initial assessment
[edit]Start class could be expanded to reach B class by adding land use, transportation, prehistory and biology data (including bayfront area). Also add more refs. Anlace 05:07, 25 October 2006 (UTC)
Who is Francis Cooke? The complete Red Sox team roster on the team's web page
[1]
does not list a person by that name. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.5.172.54 (talk) 01:41, 31 August 2007 (UTC)
Since the Cooke question was unanswered, I deleted the reference in the article. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.207.5.26 (talk) 06:12, 3 January 2008 (UTC)
Suspicious text similarity
[edit]Why is the initial text of this article clearly derived from this link (or vice versa)? [2]? Nightwatch/respond 23:39, 22 November 2009 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ootachi (talk • contribs)
This material should be removed. It's been flagged as needing citations for a long time, none has been provided. Dpmath (talk) 03:46, 2 July 2013 (UTC)
- I removed it. It was painfully promotional. Ottoump (talk) 04:33, 28 January 2020 (UTC)
Famous residents
[edit]Why does this article not have a section on "Famous residents" or "Notable people" as most cities its size do? I wanted to add Jung-Ho Pak who was born in Burlingame. --MelanieN (talk) 19:27, 25 October 2012 (UTC)
- Never mind, I found the answer in the article history. Back in 2011 somebody deleted the entire "Notable residents" section without any discussion or even so much as an edit summary. I have restored it. --MelanieN (talk) 19:38, 25 October 2012 (UTC)

History
[edit]The history section is lacking. I propose doing some research to make it more thorough and less promotional. Ottoump (talk) 04:42, 28 January 2020 (UTC)
