Clorox subsidiary?

[edit]

This article's top right box claims Brita were a subsidiary of Clorox. The text explains that Clorox merely has the marketing rights for North America. Which one is true? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.168.146.48 (talk) 13:55, 22 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Nothing has changed. Brita is still not a Clorox subsidiary. [1] --EnOreg (talk) 11:39, 8 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Split into two?

[edit]

It seems like Brita GmbH, the original company, is NOT a subsidiary of Clorox and Clorox has rights for licensing and distribution in North America (maybe South America as well?) Should this be split into two pages, one for Brita GmbH and one for Brita North America? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Adelsr (talkcontribs) 20:01, 3 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Split into two seperate pages - Brita USA & Brita GMBh

[edit]

Brita North America is owned by The Clorox Company [2]

Brita GMBh and Brita USA are completely separate companies, with different filters and products. [3] TheJons (talk) 16:57, 12 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
