This article is rather out of date. Twrist 10:29, 26 January 2006 (UTC)
- hmm, well i've made some adjustments... Twrist 10:42, 26 January 2006 (UTC)
Schedule
[edit]According to section 1.7.7 of Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not the schedule part of this article is not encyclopedic. Could I suggest rather than delete all the information there, that the section should be reorganised into sections for Presenters and Programmes? Sonic 17:45, 4 June 2006 (UTC)
Name
[edit]There is a new Logo for the BBC Asian Network, but there has been no mention of a name change in the network - the Logo may say BBC Radio on it, but that is a Logo - just as BBC1 is BBC1 even if a Logo saying BBC Television somewhere on it is produced.--Lord of the Isles 13:14, 14 August 2007 (UTC)
- I agree. There has been similar confusion with BBC 7 and BBC 6 Music. The BBC Radio logo has been inserted into the other logos. Unless the on-air branding has actually changed, I think the article should be renamed. If the word "radio" was to be introduced it would probably be as "BBC Asian Network Radio" not "BBC Radio Asian Network" anyway as the later sounds horrible. --DanielRigal 17:05, 23 October 2007 (UTC)
- Sorted. So long as the top of the hour jingle says "BBC Asian Network", that's the name of the station. Tom- 22:45, 5 November 2007 (UTC)
