MBA?

[edit]

Someone should write about the MBA program. Also, if anyone has permission to use a picture or the logo, that'd be nice too. - IToba 02:16, 1 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Permission isn't needed to use the logo, it's covered under fair use provided you tag it appropriately. See Wikipedia:Logos for more information. Hiebert 08:07, 19 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Off topic

[edit]

University 1 should be moved to University of Manitoba, IMO. I'd do it, but there have been some recent edits to it and no-one has decided to move it yet. I'll do it in a few days if nobody else does unless there is a reasonable objection here.

I agree. Also, the GPA section should be deleted, it is not necessary. Hiebert 01:54, 18 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Cleanup

[edit]
  • The complete list of CSA members should be removed or put in a different article.
  • The dean was already mentioned in the infobox, he doesn't need a whole section just for his name.
  • The intro section is much too long, it should only be a breif summary of the article.
  • The registration section should be removed or changed. This is an encyclopedia article, not a recruiting page.

I will make these changes in one week if nobody objects. Hiebert 01:54, 18 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Umanitoba.gif

[edit]

Image:Umanitoba.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
