Not sure about "largely" positive, as only three reviews are quoted and the wording is tetering on POV
Explain that Nancy is Dave's wife
Explain who Mulder and Scully are in the plot (e.g. FBI speical agents Fox Mulder and Dana Scully...)

Is there a wikilink for HOA? Homeowners' association, I assume?
