To Whom It May Concern:
[edit]An advertisement is meant to send notice or announce an object to attract attention or patronage. Deeming a biography as a ‘blatant advertisement’ is a bit far fetched, especially since a biography is an account of ones life; no one is selling ‘Anya Verkhovskaya’, attracting attention perhaps, but that is what a biography does. It compiles factual information that some may find as attention worthy.
Respectfully there are individuals that find a Russian immigrant, who at the age of 19 lead a large worldly organization to document the accounts of Holocaust survivors, extremely fascinating. Additionally, one may want to read and potentially be inspired by the accounts of an individual that is active in civil rights and justice.
@Astronaut, I believe you deleted my work the first time I attempted to post the biography of Ms. Verkhovskaya. I find it questionable that you again have marked it for deletion especially since I have taken in account all guidelines and went back and reworked my material. As easy as it is to ‘Monday Morning Quarterback’ articles and other’s work, I would find it extremely advantageous and notable for your perceived negative reputation if you offered constructed and unbiased feedback.
For example, if you marked my article for deletion the first time and ‘happened’ to come a cross it again (months later), why would you not spend time comparing and contrasting the differences and offer suggestions as to better it?
