This page should not be speedily deleted because Antoine Westermann is one of the few french chef with a distinction of 3 stars of Guide Michelin which is the highest distinction for Cooks. He was working is 2 restaurants in Washington DC and now 1 in NYC as well in Portugal, Austria and France. I teach the way he is cooking (Antoine Westermann is a specialist of poultry cook ) to a lot of wellknown young cooks working all around the world. He is as wellknow as the 3 stars french chefs from his same generation like : Alain Ducasse, Guy Savoy, Bernard Loiseau. All of them have a wikipédia page in english. There exist 4 wikipedia englaish pages talking about him : List of Michelin starred restaurants + Epicurean Masters of the World + Éric Pras + Istanbul Tanpinar Literature Festival. Antoine Westermann has a french wikipedia page with a lot of references to be able to learn to the new generation how to manage the kitchen and a business restaurant.
I hope you understand that his profil has his place in the wikipedia encyclopedia. Thanks for your attention; best regards RSG2014--RSG2014 (talk) 11:40, 9 May 2015 (UTC)RSG2014RSG2014 (talk) 11:40, 9 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
