Antiques Roadshow
[edit]In the 1/20/20 episode of Antiques Roadshow from Winterthur, DE, Oyler’s grandson brought in the alleged mudball and a photo of Oyler, and also claimed that he had a letter from Oyler to his wife (the guy’s grandmother) describing the home run. If this is all true, it would appear to more than folklore. —ukexpat (talk) 01:40, 21 January 2020 (UTC)

- This article states: "The grandson said he still had the letter although that is not the case." Just watched a rerun of the episode in question and his comment was that the letter still existed but that he didn't bring it with him.
