July 16-17 Legal Conception of Amparo and Habeas Data at Manila Hotel
[edit]I created this article which is unique and unprecedented in Wikipedia, since no one ever created any Writ of Amparo. Chief Justice Reynato Puno officially created these twin writs at the Manila Hotel as his legacy to the Filipino nation.

Vandalism Notice
[edit]In this/my own created article Writ of Amparo and Habeas Data (Philippines), I found that the word "Amparo" was vandalized to funny "ampalaya" our Philippine sour gourd vegetable. This is not the only time that vandalism is growing in WikiPedia by Philippine users etc. Today, we have this headline:
Vandalism Headline in Philippine Newspaper
[edit]I want to Notify regarding the headline on our Philippine newspaper Malaya: www.malaya.com.ph, Wikipedia entry on Trillanes, lawyer vandalized. This is very informative on the matter. --Florentino floro (talk) 08:58, 5 January 2008 (UTC)
- The article in question is Antonio Trillanes IV, the news article about the vandalism can be seen here. The vandalizer is apparently a user named Ladvan (probably a [[WP:SOCK}sockpuppet). That user has also edited the User talk:122.2.212.42 talk page and the Kris Aquino, Kamikazee, and Chicosci articles. From info available through CQcounter whois, IP 122.2.212.42 is in IP block 122.2.208.0 - 122.2.223.255 on the NOVC7300I02_CONSUMER ISP, and appears to be located in Manila, Philippines. Info available at that website includes the name, email address, and phone number of the admin contact for that IP lock. -- Boracay Bill (talk) 09:29, 5 January 2008 (UTC)
