Speedy Deletion

[edit]

I am an editor of the Law Review. We are trying to set up a Wikipedia page. I will attempt to make this article conform with your guidelines as soon as possible. We are not advertising anything, just putting information out there about our journal, which edits and publishes scholarly works in the field of Bankruptcy Law. I guess some of this was written as us explaining our journal. It should be rewritten to be objective, I assume? —Preceding unsigned comment added by RobertGriswold (talkcontribs) 19:10, 9 March 2010

Yeah. That's about right. I've withdrawn the speedy deletion nomination and had a crack at tidying it up. We need to get some citations in there to establish notability, which the {{Find sources notice}} above seems to indicate is out there. Good luck. Toddst1 (talk) 19:26, 9 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Very good. I appreciate the comments here. When I posted it I didn't yet know of the conflict of interest section. I will also go about finding some sources. —Preceding unsigned comment added by RobertGriswold (talkcontribs) 19:37, 9 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

NPOV

[edit]

The article reads like a puff piece. Stuff like "most cutting edge cases and issues" and "All issues leave St. John's University in final photo-ready form for immediate and timely publication" don't belong in an encyclopedia. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 149.68.16.91 (talk) 20:04, 21 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
