Stop deleting the fairhill extracts. Theese are actually true things that happened.

They maybe did happen but this is an encyclopedia not a blog Penrithguy 10:55, 10 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This link was added to the article after discussion on the WP Reliable Sources Noticeboard. See: WP:RSN exercise. No information from the CCHT link has been put into the body of the article in the form of citations because it has not yet been verified for 100% accuracy by the Victoria County History project for Cumbria. (This will take some years to do). Laplacemat (talk) 10:30, 19 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Highest market town?

[edit]

The Buxton article claims exactly the same thing. Buxton is at 307m asl. Who is right? We need more than "local tradition" or the like for a claim like that here. 81.158.0.164 (talk) 17:10, 17 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Whitley Castle

[edit]

There is a reasonably written Spanish Wikipedia article on Whitley Castle at http://es.wiki.x.io/wiki/Whitley_Castle. Shouldn't there be an equivalent English article? --Lang rabbie 21:32, 3 March 2011 (UTC)
