Source: "The usual list (found in scholarly works, such as my own PhD thesis) of key characteristics differentiating Anglo-Indians from other communities in India is: having English as their mother tongue, acknowledging their historical link to Europe and being Christians. (The All India Anglo-Indian Association argues that this characteristic is crucial to their identification as Anglo-Indians."

- @Anupam: The full review could probably be left to another editor, but I'll just be leaving my two cents here. Firstly: the article is just barely above the 1500 character requirement so while not required it could use a little more original content considering there are several quotations in the article. Secondly: neither hook seem to be that interesting, it might be better to write a hook about the " The All India Anglo-Indian Association holds that Anglo-Indians are unique in that they are Christians, speak English as their mother tongue, as well as have a historical link to both Europe and India." angle. - User:Narutolovehinata5, I have expanded the article further today, hopefully to your satisfaction. I will add an alternate hook that might be more interesting for you. I hope this helps. With regards, AnupamTalk 19:14, 19 June 2020 (UTC)
- Thanks. ALT3 might be the best option right now, but it could still use a bit of paraphrasing to make it not seem too close to either the article text or the source quote you gave. Narutolovehinata5 tccsdnew 23:50, 19 June 2020 (UTC)
- You're welcome User:Narutolovehinata5! I changed the wording a little bit; kindly let me know if you'd like to submit the review now. I hope this helps. With regards, AnupamTalk 23:55, 19 June 2020 (UTC)
- Thanks. ALT3 however is 212 characters (above the 200 character limit) and so may need to be trimmed further. I'd suggest focusing mainly on the Christian and ancestral heritage parts since those are the most eye-catching. Narutolovehinata5 tccsdnew 09:16, 20 June 2020 (UTC)

- Sounds good. I've struck the other hooks but will leave the full review to another editor. Narutolovehinata5 tccsdnew 02:33, 21 June 2020 (UTC)

- Since no one else has taken a look at this, I'll be doing the full review. Article is long enough, new enough at the time of the nomination, with ALT3 (the only approved hook) being cited inline and verified. Assuming good faith for the source, although the snippet seems to check out. QPQ has been done. As for the image, I'm not sure about its relevance to the hook so it might be better to leave it out.
