Murder is a loaded term. When police kill someone for breaking the laws, it is not considered murder. The Milice had legitimate jurisdiction from the government of France at the time. Albert Sarraut had broken the laws of Vichy France (Regardless if those laws were tyrannical and fascist and unfair) he broke them and was thus killed. 192.104.181.227 (talk) 14:42, 21 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
