Marking for deletion

[edit]

Several sections of the article do not follow Wikipedia's neutral writing guidelines. For example, consider the following:

"She motivates millions of young students all over the world by sharing her journey as an immigrant on a visa in the United States, on Instagram, and persevering in the face of obstacles to achieve her dreams of working on space projects at NASA. Her goal is to "inspire 1 million people to dream big and live their best lives".

This clearly reads like the person's autobiography. Sufficient secondary sources are lacking for this person. Overall the article reads like a Linkedin profile page and not a Wikipedia article. Mosana2300 (talk) 09:42, 5 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I'm going to remove the WP:PROD template as this is not an uncontroversial deletion. There are WP:RS in this article. You could improve the article by removing any WP:NPOV issues you find in it but the article isn't overall written in such a manner. An alternative would be to elicit discussion with WP:AFD. However, given that you just created your account I encourage you to do some productive edits on Wikipedia articles and better learn policies before proceeding further with this. Regarding a potential AfD discussion, I don't think this article meets WP:NACADEMIC but in my estimation would meet WP:GNG. Nnev66 (talk) 13:54, 6 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
