The Apache Server at www.electronica.pub.ro says that that page was last modified on 01 February 2004: http://www.electronica.pub.ro/informatii/fisiere/rusu/en/
The Wikipedia page was created on 21 December 2005 and the text that is identical to the text at www.electronica.pub.ro was added to Wikipedia on 21 March 2009.
Some of the other edits by user Mcris31 are suspicious. In particular Andrei Silard may have been copied from a 1993 obituary at http://arh.pub.ro/mcristea/Silardcv.htm

- The article was originally about the Romanian football. It was improperly usurped with the copyvio text. I have restored it prior to the addition of the copyright violation and rev/del the history. — CactusWriter (talk) 17:43, 29 March 2011 (UTC)
- Yes, the data about Prof. Silard were from his obituary, credits were given so no problem (only in your heads). Prof. Rusu is (now retired) a teacher and academic researcher of Electronics, but you prefer an obscure footbal (soccer) guy. Have it your way. Mcris31 (talk) 04:07, 20 June 2012 (UTC)
