Put poem in article?

[edit]

Edward Thomas died in 1917, so the poem is well out of copyright. Should it be incorporated into this article? 86.143.52.241 23:21, 2 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

That kind of content would be best suited for inclusion in Wikisource. --MerovingianTalk 04:18, 3 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

How do you pronounce Adlestrop ? Is it addle-strop or aidle-strop ? I need to know for a recitation 217.43.91.59 (talk) 08:44, 15 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Cricket

[edit]

To me this para is written in a very unencylopaeidic style, far too lyrical. I suggest drastic revision. Just the facts, ma'am (if they are worth mentioning at all). I will do so myself, unless others disagree. SimonTrew (talk) 23:00, 17 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I agree. It's (mostly) gone. 86.147.161.209 (talk) 10:01, 10 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Notable people

[edit]

With respect, the section Notable people doesn't make much sense. Two cricketers are named, but why? Where they born here? Did they live here is later life? 86.170.66.195 (talk) 16:12, 20 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
