Can we rename this article to 'Accession (law)'? Or perhaps 'Accession (property law)? There is already at least one case of having the legal discussion about a particular case be labeled as law (see Gift (law) for example). We could then take all the non-legal aspects of accession (i.e. other meanings section) and put them in a general disambiguation page named 'Accession'... (such as the one I attempted to create Accession (disambiguation)). This seems like a reasonable idea, anybody opposed? --InsufficientData (talk) 01:23, 11 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

(copied above from last entry to renamed Talk:Accession (property law). I've performed some general cleanup on Accession:
  1. Property law specific stuff has been moved over to Accession (property law)
  2. Other meanings has been broken down and turned into sections with summary info.
  3. Fixed up Template:Property law to point to Accession (property law) instead of Accession.
  4. Get rid of Accession (disambiguation).
  5. Sundry other fixups and such.
If you notice something I've missed, feel free to fix it. One issue I didn't address is that in the remaining 60 or so articles linking to Accession, many are about monarchical accession. I couldn't find a straight-forward easy link to link those to. Similarly to a handful of treaties and such. I don't know if this would be necessary or helpful, but it's perhaps worth considering. --InsufficientData (talk) 01:21, 24 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Missing: accession as it refers to a variety of a plant or other organism. Tedtoal (talk) 22:34, 30 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
