Page move
[edit]This page was recently moved from Abdul-Karim Mousavi Ardebili to its current title (spelling change 'e'->'a'). The Chief Justice's own official website (Ardebili.com) uses the 'e', which would be a pretty clear indication that the "official" transliteration of the man's name should use the 'e'. If a valid reason to the contrary can't be produced, I would suggest that this page move be reverted. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 13:00, 9 September 2013 (UTC)
- The change has been reverted. Serzhik (talk · contribs) (on their talk page) makes a reasonable argument for Ardabili rather than Ardebili, since the subject is from the city of Ardabil. I would call on others more familiar with the Persian language and its English transliterations to weigh in on the topic. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 15:25, 9 September 2013 (UTC)
