The deleted link was to an article in another online encyclopedia. That article contains very little, if anything, that isn't contained in the EPA's publication AP-42 which is the subject of this Wikipedia article. In fact, the defining equation in the linked article is a direct copy from AP-42.

User:128.197.75.165 in a one-time visit to Wikipedia this morning has so far entered this same link on 12 different Wikipedia articles. If he/she is really interested in introducing Wikipedia users to that online encyclopedia, I suggest that it would be much better to simple write a Wikipedia article about it rather than inserting links in so many existing articles. - mbeychok 19:08, 15 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
