A pretty good read.

  • "As of November 2019, it is the sixth-tallest building in the United States, the fifth-tallest building in New York City, and the third-tallest residential building in the world." - could you make it "As of 2020"? And is this still accurate? The citation for it is from 2016, so I'd like for an updated source.
    • Fixed.
  • "Developer Harry Macklowe purchased the Drake in 2006 for $418 million[8][10] (equivalent to $540 million in 2018[b]). " - why not 2019 US? (is 2020 available yet?)
  • What happened with the Fauchon lawsuit?
  • "But only a half dozen bidders eventually offered between $100 million and roughly $130 million, or 45 and 58 cents on the dollar respectively." - don't start a sentence with "But". Either combine w the previous sentence, or remove it
    • Done.
  • "In 2011, the former pro-European Union prime minister of Ukraine, Yulia Tymoshenko, alleged in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York that Firtash violated the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act and used CMZ as a front organization for monies that he skimmed unlawfully from RosUkrEnergo, the natural gas company that he jointly controlled with Russian state-owned enterprise Gazprom." - this is a long sentence. Could you split it up? Also, I'm not a fan of the term "monies" - is this normal in building articles?
    • I split it up, and used the word "funds".
  • "The construction loan carried a low loan-to-value ratio of under 40% but an unusually high interest rate of over 10% per year." - do you have the exact value for these by chance?
  • "a worker was injured in an on-site construction accident that March" - worth going into detail?
    • Added.
  • "Two months later, auction house Phillips signed a contract for retail space, consisting of 55,000 square feet (5,100 m2) at the base of the building, as well as 30,000 square feet (2,800 m2) underground,[69][70][71] with plans to move into the space in 2020." - is that still on track?
  • "The design of the structure was conceived by architect Rafael Viñoly, who was inspired by a trash can designed in 1905 by Austrian designer Josef Hoffmann." - please tell me this was/will be used for the DYK :P
  • "432 Park has one of the greatest slenderness ratios of any skyscraper in the world" - link?
  • "The building's amenities include 12-foot (3.7 m) ceilings, golf training facilities and private dining and screening rooms." - was the oxford comma deliberately missed?
  • "On the 12th floor is an 8,500-square-foot (790 m2) private restaurant with a 5,000-square-foot (460 m2) private terrace,[104] which as of 2016 is led by Michelin-starred chef Shaun Hergatt" - still?
  • "14,000 psi" - link unit?
    • Done.
  • I found the third paragraph of "Engineering" fascinating. I think you should add a bit in the lead about the two story opening to allow wind to pass through.
    • Done.
  • "In 2016, eighty-one of the 104 units" - why'd you spell out 81?

Overall, it's a pretty good article and a fascinating read. I had no idea I'd be reading about the Russian connection (oh, those were the good old days when we only had to worry about foreign influence, and not the influence of a global pandemic). Let me know if you have questions about the comments, but this should be fairly easy to address. ♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 22:07, 1 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
