capitalization

My edit adjusting capitalization was reverted by @MeadeIndeed, but in my review of the sources the only examples I see are using title case, rather than it actually being a proper name as contemplated in MOS:INSTITUTIONS. ~TPW 13:52, 29 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I believe that it is correct using capitalization in "Thirty-third Oklahoma Legislature" (instead of "thirty-third Oklahoma Legislature") when looking at how they refer to the meeting in question and the fact that it's the main topic of the article. However, I don't have a degree in English and neither am I a native speaker so I could be wrong on this. MeadeIndeed (talk) 19:44, 29 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
