possible changes for 2020 articles

[edit]

for 2020, we may have one article 2020 in politics and elections for national elections, regional politics, news items regarding individual politicians, parties, etc, and another article 2020 in government and policy, for major policy news, economic news, policy decisions, international treaties, international affairs, etc etc. --Sm8900 (talk) 13:58, 19 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

question re portals

[edit]

Hi @BrownHairedGirl:. my use of those portals was simply meant in case someone ever did set those up. this was especially true in the case of the list of provinces of Canada in that other entry, where only Ontario currently has a portal. I'm happy to follow your request to not do so in the future.

Just curious though, does using non-existent portals have a tangible effect? I'm fine following your advice either way, just wanted to ask. again, as one example, in the case of canada article, this was only because I wasn't sure if someone might eventually set up portals for all of those other provinces. thanks. --Sm8900 (talk) 13:05, 12 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Elections in Israel

[edit]

I see the elections are located in the scheduled section but they already happened... Or are you waiting for the whole process to end? It might take a while, maybe it is better to mention that they happened and the end results are being debated... נחום אולמן (talk) 13:27, 25 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@נחום אולמן:that's true, good point. thanks. Sm8900 (talk) 13:44, 25 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
