- @Lee Vilenski: This article is new enough and long enough. The hook facts are cited inline and either could be used, the article is neutral and I detected no copyright or plagiarism issues. So we are just waiting for the QPQ to be done. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 08:41, 10 August 2019 (UTC)
Hi Cwmhiraeth, I knew I had missed one - done. Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 11:30, 10 August 2019 (UTC)
- Thank you. Good to go (I like the original hook best). Cwmhiraeth (talk) 12:22, 10 August 2019 (UTC)

- "2019 Riga Masters" vs "2019 Kaspersky Riga Masters" vs "2019 Kaspersky Lab"... needs alignment and consistency (and explanation).
- done Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 08:16, 18 September 2019 (UTC)
- "withdraw from qualifying round matches " well, I guess it's worth noting they therefore could participate at all.
- done Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 08:16, 18 September 2019 (UTC)
- " Arēna Rīga " is not mentioned outside the lead/infobox.
- added to prose. Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 08:16, 18 September 2019 (UTC)
- WPBSA as organisers isn't mentioned outside the infobox.
- Added Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 08:16, 18 September 2019 (UTC)
- Mention highest break in the lead per other such articles.
- done Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 08:16, 18 September 2019 (UTC)
- Check other recent GAs, lead is a little light, do we include prize money? Definitely need to include Kaspersky (Lab) explanation there too.

- " The event had no top-20 players reach the quarter-finals." -> "No players from the top 20 in the world reached the quarter-finals"?

- Reverse first two sentences of Format.
- done Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 08:16, 18 September 2019 (UTC)
- "where matches played " were.

- No need to relink Joyce in the second image caption (or even repeat his first name I suppose).
- Done Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 08:16, 18 September 2019 (UTC)
- Link World Snooker. And if it was organised by WPBSA, what does World Snooker have to do with it?
- Question: WPBSA are the governing body, whilst World Snooker are the administrative arm for snooker. I have no idea which of these would be considered the official "organiser". I actually thought it was just a re-branding to be honest, but they are two legally different companies. Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 08:16, 18 September 2019 (UTC)
- Ok, fair enough, just curious. The Rambling Man (Staying alive since 2005!) 07:41, 19 September 2019 (UTC)

- "was not held due to both players" replace "due to" with "as"
- Done Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 08:16, 18 September 2019 (UTC)
- "a second-round bye." I've always preferred to reduce ambiguity, do you mean "a bye into the second round" or "a bye into the third round"?
- Done Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 08:16, 18 September 2019 (UTC)
- "2018 runner-up Jack..." avoid starting with a number.

- "before losing to Mark Joyce." ref?
- Done Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 08:16, 18 September 2019 (UTC)
- "After the round of 16, all eight players remaining had world rankings below 20." weird phrasing. "No player qualifying for the quarter-finals was ranked in the top 20 in the world" or similar?
- Done Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 08:16, 18 September 2019 (UTC)
- ", the final day of the event." self-explanatory if the final was played that day.
- Done Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 08:16, 18 September 2019 (UTC)
- " thus reaching " no need for thus.
- Done Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 08:16, 18 September 2019 (UTC)

- reworded Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 08:16, 18 September 2019 (UTC)
- "with breaks of 50 or higher" no break was made of 50...
- reworded Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 08:16, 18 September 2019 (UTC)
- "Certain players had " just say how many!
- Not done I can't. There's some ambiguity as to if Duane Jones and Harvey Chandler missed the event due to flight issues, or other reasons. [7] Sources just say "certain players" or, because of the "amount of players". There were 15 withdrawals in the competition, but I can't say how many were due to the flight complications. Robertson said "about 10". Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 08:16, 18 September 2019 (UTC)

All good, happy to promote now. I made a minor change (the sponsorship was covered twice in consecutive sentences with different names!), but otherwise I'm happy with all the above. The Rambling Man (Staying alive since 2005!) 07:43, 19 September 2019 (UTC)
