Accuracy concerns

[edit]

This event became popular in Azerbaijan on 20 May, 2018 (claimed start date of the clashes) and is still a popular topic. Many websites has been claiming that these events actually occured, even state television made a broadcast about it. The problem is that, I was not able to find a third-party or even Armenian source to this event. This link is the only source I was able to find that had nothing related to Azerbaijani. --► Sincerely: A¥×aᚢ Zaÿïþzaþ€(hail sithis!) 22:08, 20 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Nevermind, I was able to find Armenian sources, alongside some third-party English sources. I removed {{Multiple issues}} template. --► Sincerely: A¥×aᚢ Zaÿïþzaþ€(hail sithis!) 23:43, 20 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

NPOV

[edit]

This article had a great deal of POV violations, having almost exclusively Azeri sources and presenting those as the indisputable fact. The Eurasianet source had a follow up article by the same author, where he casts doubt on much of the Azeri claims. It's notable these clashes didn't get nearly as much third-party coverage as the 2016 clashes. I also added a source by an Azeri diplomat who criticized the claims made by Azeri media. Also, recent claims of an Azeri victory seems to be just WP:OR by CuriousGolden. --Steverci (talk) 23:39, 19 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Please WP:AGF. The previous version just linked to the Aftermath section which only talks about casualties and not actually about the aftermath. It's pretty obviously an Azerbaijani victory since Azerbaijan gained lands, including 1 village while suffering fewer casualties than Armenia. Also, please don't add words such as "claimed", "alleged" as these are MOS:WORDSTOWATCH. — CuriousGolden (T·C) 09:25, 20 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
