The first?
[edit]"This was the first sport/race event held in USA after the September 11, 2001 attacks."
This can't be true. There was a NASCAR race two weeks after 9/11, baseball started a week after 9/11. I'm sure football was back up and running soon after.
I seem to remember "the first international sport/race event" at one point. Was it removed? Why? EatFood24 (talk) 00:14, 11 September 2008 (UTC)
- Definitely not the first sport/race event in the USA after 9/11. I've restored the word "international" and requested a citation even for that. DH85868993 (talk) 03:08, 12 September 2008 (UTC)
