  • "The 1916 Virgin Islands hurricane was a Category 3 tropical cyclone" Saffir Simpson didn't exist yet
  • Could you elaborate on who discovered the information about the storm's formative stages since you said not much was known in the lead.
  • "produced heavy rainfall; at Charlotte Amalie, the storm's rainfall total in 24 hours" Was the amount specified?
  • "lesser montary" small typo here
  • "Many residents of across the Danish West Indies" I would remove "of"
  • When you discuss the junior surgeon being sent, I assume you mean the HMS ship. It isn't exactly clear here since you just discussed another vessel.
  • I would also include note 2 at the mention of damage in the aftermath

Again, another great article... I found just a few issues with it that should be easy to address. NoahTalk 20:45, 1 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Hurricane Noah: thanks for the review and comments. Hope you found the article a good read. I've implemented the suggested changes. As for the Charlotte Amalie rainfall total, that was not specified. —TheAustinMan(TalkEdits) 16:06, 2 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
