Untitled 2008 topic

[edit]

Although only a proposal, .shop is gaining support for acceptance. Traditional search engines do not recognize .shop because of its preceeding period. Those wishing to learn more about the top-level domain need to be able to search for .shop in a knowledgebase to learn about its history and expectations. Rather than deleting this page, it is proposed that it be merged into the proposed top-level domains page. Ost316 (talk) 16:21, 30 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

.shop is not a proposal but a history of the progress of an new Top Level domain name.
