Conflicting Qualification Information?
[edit]The official press report from EFE seems to say he was banned from several competitions that would qualify him for the Tokyo Olympics, but he stated in an interview that it only meant he wasn't able to participate in the Pan American competition. I may be reading this wrong - apologies, can anyone clarify why there are 2 different statements on this? Apologies - only decent sources I could find on these were in Spanish.
