Rawmarsh and Conisbrough is a constituency of the House of Commons in the UK Parliament.[1] Further to the completion of the 2023 Periodic Review of Westminster constituencies, it will first be contested at the 2024 general election.[2]

Boundaries[edit]

The constituency composed of the following (as they existed on 1 December 2020):

  • The City of Doncaster wards of: Conisbrough; Edlington & Warmsworth.
  • The Metropolitan Borough of Rotherham wards of: Bramley & Ravenfield; Hoober; Kilnhurst & Swinton East; Rawmarsh East; Rawmarsh West; Swinton Rockingham; Wath.[3]

After allowing for boundary changes, it will comprise:[4]

Constituency profile[edit]

Electoral Calculus categorises the seat as a "Somewhere" demographic, indicating socially conservative, economically soft left views and strong support for Brexit.[5]
