RTI-160 (benzoylecgonine dimethylamide) is a tropane derivative drug with stimulant effects, having similar potency as a dopamine reuptake inhibitor to cocaine. It is synthesized by an amide condensation reaction between benzoylecgonine and dimethylamine.[1][2]
