Perceptive, formerly CALYX AI,[4] is a corporate spin-off from Parexel International.[2][5] Perceptive is a British–American provider of biopharmaceutical services formed by the merger of CALYX AI and Invicro.[6][7][8] The company was formed in January 2021 following the strategic separation of the Parexel Informatics business from Parexel International, and provides medical imaging, e-clinical and regulatory services.[9][10]
