O'Dessa is an upcoming American post-apocalyptic musical drama film written and directed by Geremy Jasper. It stars Sadie Sink, Regina Hall, Kelvin Harrison Jr., Kelly Macdonald, Pokey LaFarge, and Murray Bartlett.
Premise
[edit]Set in a post-apocalyptic future, a farm girl goes on a journey to retrieve a family heirloom and rescue her one true love.

Production
[edit]In January 2023, Searchlight Pictures was developing a post-apocalyptic musical drama film written and directed by Geremy Jasper, with Sadie Sink in the lead role.[1] In April, Regina Hall, Kelly Macdonald, Pokey LaFarge, and Murray Bartlett joined the cast.[2][3] Principal photography began in May 2023, in Croatia.[3]
Release
[edit]O'Dessa is scheduled to premiere at South by Southwest in March 2025.[4]
