The project cost is estimated to be 9,000-10,000 crore.[5][1][2] It is constructed by IHB Limited, a joint venture company comprising three PSUs in India: the Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL), the Hindustan Petroleum (HPCL), and the Bharat Petroleum (BPCL).
