Joyanta Basumatary is an Indian politician and a member of the United People's Party Liberal from Assam.[1][2] He is an MLA,[3] from the Sidli constituency of Assam legislative assembly since 2021. In 2024, he is running for 2024 Indian general election from the Kokrajhar Lok Sabha constituency.[4]
