The Historical Archive of Pirot (Serbian Cyrillic: Историјски архив у Пироту) is the primary institution responsible for preservation of archival materials in the Pirot District located in Pirot, Serbia. The archive is primarily serving municipalities of Pirot, Bela Palanka, Babušnica and Dimitrovgrad.[2] The archive was established in 1956.[3] In 2021 the archive received the annual Golden Archive prize, the national prize for best archival practices.[4]
