Gotcha Gotcha Games is a Japanese video game developer and publisher based in Fujimi, Chiyoda, Tokyo. Established on September 1, 2020, the studio operates as a subsidiary of Kadokawa Corporation.

Gotcha Gotcha Games updated their terms and conditions as of October 8, 2024, enabling users to utilize provided assets within their games provided that they adhere to several key rules. Under the new terms, assets may be freely used in game projects, but redistributing them outside the RPG Maker environment is prohibited. Developers looking to monetize their games must comply with licensing agreements, including proper attribution and restrictions against standalone asset distribution. While users can modify assets, these changes must remain within the context of the game, and modified assets cannot be shared separately.[3]
