Esther Rabasa Grau is the ambassador of Andorra to the BeNeLux countries Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.[1][2] She is also Permanent Representative to the European Union,[2] Council of Europe[3] (until 2019)[2] as well as to the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons.[4]
