Boasting expertise across film and TV investment, production, promotion and distribution, she has contributed to over 60 projects, including Story of Yanxi Palace (《延禧攻略》), The Legend of Haolan (《皓镧传》), Winter Begonia (《鬓边不是海棠红》), Song of Youth (《玉楼春》), Royal Feast (《尚食》), Delicacies Destiny (《珍馐记》, Legacy (《传家》), Hi Producer (《正好遇见你》), Scent of Time (《为有暗香来》) and The Double (《墨雨云间》).[2] Dedicated to weaving Chinese style into film and TV productions, she enhances domestic and international communication and unify social and economic benefits.

[edit]Since 2005, Yang has produced or distributed over 60 film and TV projects, including Palace (《宫》) series, Beauty (《美人》) series, Legend of Lu Zhen (《陆贞传奇》), Story of Yanxi Palace (《延禧攻略》), Winter Begonia (《鬓边不是海棠红》), Song of Youth (《玉楼春》), Royal Feast (《尚食》), Legacy (《传家》), Hi Producer (《正好遇见你》), Scent of Time (《为有暗香来》), and The Double (《墨雨云间》).
Traditional Culture Promotion
[edit]Yang has pioneered a model that merges TV dramas with intangible cultural heritage, with Chinese aesthetic style at the core.[3] This strategy can create high-quality intellectual properties with distinctive Oriental aesthetics, effectively narrating Oriental tales.
International Distribution and Communication
[edit]Yang has partnered with over 40 media, including HBO[4][5], FOX, YouTube, Netflix[6][7], and Disney+[8], to break new avenues for the global distribution of Chinese TV dramas. These partnerships enable wider access for international audiences and facilitate cross-cultural communications.
Corporate Social Responsibility
[edit]By nurturing professionals and supporting artisans in intangible cultural heritage, Yang has promoted over 30 such projects and created more than 50,000 local jobs, leading to a unity of social and economic benefits. Additionally, Yang engages in public welfare, encompassing rural revitalization, public health, environmental protection, humanitarian care, and biodiversity.

Yang received “China’s Most Artistically Influential TV Drama Producer” at the inaugural China TV and Online Drama Production and Broadcasting Art Cooperation Forum and “Outstanding TV Drama and Outstanding Art Direction Awards” at the 32nd Zhejiang TV Peony Awards. The drama Legacy (《传家》) won the “Best Sound Effect Gold Prize” in the Asian Drama category at the 4th Asia Contents Awards in 2023. Additionally, Yang was designated as a “Key National Culture Exporter” for 2023-2024. The drama Hi Producer (《正好遇见你》) was named an “Outstanding Online Drama” in the second quarter of 2023 by the National Radio and Television Administration.
