Stephen Akintayo (born 28 January 1986) is a Nigerian entrepreneur.[1][2]

Early life and education[edit]

Stephen Akintayo was born in Maiduguri, Borno State, Nigeria.[3] In 2010, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from Olabisi Onabanjo University.[4]

Career[edit]

In 2008, Akintayo started a Bulk SMS business which was called Gilead Balm Group.[5] In 2008, he founded Gtex holdings.[6][7]

Awards[edit]

In 2022, Akintayo was awarded Doctor of Strategic Leadership and Management by Myles Leadership University.[8]
