Rathen Carter (born August 9, 1997) is a Oklahoma City born American professional basketball player who currently plays for Los Mochis Pioneros of the Mexican CIBACOPA League. Standing at 203 cm (6'7 ft), Carter plays as guard/forward. In the 2021 season, Carter won the MIAA Conference Championship with the Washburn Ichabods, which clinched them a spot in the NCAA Tournament.
