Raphael Warren is a cybersecurity expert, author, and consultant. He is best known for his work in cybersecurity strategy and policy, advising executives and organizations on regulatory compliance and risk management.[1]

Warren has worked extensively in the cybersecurity field, providing advisory services to government agencies, corporations, and healthcare institutions. His expertise includes ISO 27001 compliance, cyber risk management, and ransomware mitigation strategies.[2]

He has also been a featured speaker at various cybersecurity conferences, including events hosted by Sandia National Laboratories and the Small Business Administration.[3]
