The Orthodox Church of America (OCA-UAOC) [1] is an Eastern Orthodox Christian church based in North America. The OCA-UAOC consists of more than 150 parishes, missions, communities, monasteries and religious institutions in the United States, South America, Europe, Africa, Philippines with Depencencies throughout the world. One of its founding Hierarchs, Archbishop PALLADIOS Rudenko, was a founding member of the original Standing Conference of the Canonical Orthodox Bishops in the Americas.
The Orthodox Church of America is the original Russian Mission to America in union with the Canonical UAOC of 1942[2]
