The ceiling of the Oktyabr cinema (Russian: кинотеатра «Октябрь») in Bryansk, Russia, collapsed during a show on 25 April 1959, killing at least 46 and injuring more than 100.

[edit]The Oktyabr cinema opened on 4 December 1949 at 35 Fokina Street.[1]
